I wish I could give 10 stars here... All I'm going to say is, Ellie deserves a raise. Took my car here for transmission issues and Ellie fought for me with the warranty company to send a new transmission and put up with me calling everyday asking for an update. Both her and Sam are extremely caring and thoughtful. It is so refreshing to deal with individuals who actually care for once! Whoever owns this franchise store needs to give both Ellie and Sam a raise! I will be giving my business solely to AAMCO in Denton TX moving forward because of these two amazing people! THANK YOU SAM AND ELLIE!
Amnco Transmission took great care of our 2018 Volkswagen Atlas. They replaced the transmission oil and did a great job communicating from start to finish. Ellie in the office was fantastic, friendly, clear, and very helpful. Highly recommend.
